What exactly are you looking for? Solid medical reasons to not vax? Or solid medical reasons to vax?

In short: no (but see below for specific exceptions). I assume you're talking about childhood vaccinations, by the way.

There are a huge amount of medical reasons to vaccinate. The internet is full of antivaccinationists and the news media these days gives credence to anti-science scaremongerers who promote non-existent links between the MMR vaccine and autism, for example.

It's important to note that no vaccines are free from side-effects, but that the side-effects of the vaccines are a) much rarer than the incidence of disease if the child is not vaccinated; and b) the risk of complications from the vaccine is much lower than the risk from the disease it protects against.

The only reasons not to vaccinate is if your child is already ill with a fever, or already has a compromised immune system, or has been shown to be allergic to a vaccine previously.

Some information from this page, with more specifics than I have gone into.
