But, Jess, it we could just stop the government from interfering in everything, life would be so much better. I mean, people know what is good, they don't need the government to restrict their freedoms and be a parent, that is the job of the parent. If the government would stop interfering we could things better in a number of ways.

Parents could be responsible for educating their kids. That way the kids would learn the important things, like creationism, football scores, and daily soap gossip, not to mention such educational extra curricular things like how to use the microwave to cook, program the DVR, and use the X-Box which doesn't get taught in our schools. Parents wouldn't have to worry about whether their kids were struggling with geometry and trigonometry, those subjects would of course be optional!

Churches would become the sole sources of behavioral guidance. This way, the problems with politicians becoming involved with fraud, corruption, greed, and prostitution could be eliminated from the media. Only upstanding men of god would be called upon to provided guidance in the daily lives of the faithful Christians that are the soul of America. We would also get past all this government inspired hate-mongering. With Christian church guidance, we would probably no longer need to worry about unjust wars!

People could do whatever they wanted, build what they wanted, when they wanted, how they wanted, and not have to worry about those pesky zoning and building codes. It would no longer be important to worry about whether you had to spend so much money on fire safety, and expensive upgrades of electrical line, just because the government thinks the less expensive stuff is dangerous. And those environmental studies...

I don't really think I should go on with this.
