That's what I'm having for lunch tomorrow! MT made a big-ass batch of red beans and rice a couple of months ago and froze it in lunch size portions.

Hex got me an old fashioned bread bowlfor Yule. (not a newfangaled for 'decorative purposes only.)

It said that it was good for draining fried foods in. Claims it keeps things crunchy.

It's 4 hours after I made the onion rings.

They still crunch.

:D

Moe's Burritos last night. Moe's Mondays rule - $6 combos, anything your little heart can imagine putting on a burrito. I went with black beans, steak, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and cilantro.

Tonight I think we're crashing an open house for something to graze on their appetizers and wine bar.

I want one. :D

...I'd use it for baking, mostly. I make damn good biscuits and sandwich bread.
